THIS IS HEAVEN IN THE BEAUTIFUL FLORIDA KEYS. *** ONE STORY 3rd FLOOR UNIT WITH 2 PRIVATE ELEVATORS**** This High living 2/2 LICENSED VACATION RENTAL PROPERTY is a ONE STORY condo (with private keyed elevator) that you would not expect to find in the Florida Keys. With it's Malibu feel, this Nautical Chic two Bedroom, two bathroom 1400 sq. ft unit is located at The Kawama Yacht Club Tower on MM 99! Commercial Ice Machine included. We are minutes away from John Penne Kamp State Park , known worldwide for its underwater scuba and snorkeling. We provide you with a list of great restaurants and our own recommendations. FREE VERY FAST Wi-Fi. **** BE SURE TO CHECK OUT OUR TARPON FEEDING AT THE SALT WATER LAGOON (under the owner information tab) when you are on the photos it is top left.
The property offers a 400 foot jetty where you will take in spectacular sunsets. The unit's balcony overlooks the tennis courts. There are 2 heated pools, one private pool for this building only that overlooks the marina, tennis courts, a full playground and a marina. The unit comes loaded with all new appliances. High speed Wi-Fi and 3 large smart TVs with Net Flix and Amazon Movies included.
The living area and master bedroom have an array of large windows which brings in natural light. The living room seating includes a large sectional to comfortably seat the entire family with 2 accent chairs and a bench overlooking the tennis courts. Unit includes new driftwood-finish oak flooring and a modern kitchen with seating for four on the counter and formal dining for ten. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 55” Smart TV with Internet connection. The guest room also has a KING BED, and bunk beds, 3rd twin mattress under bunks, and also has a 56" smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Movies. Two full bathrooms with one bath tub, washer and dryer, free VERY VERY FAST WiFi (we work remote and have the fastest wifi). Full size air mattress and pack and play also included.
Kawama Yacht Club’s amenities include an on-site marina (with boat ramp), oceanfront access, 24 hour security, boat trailer parking, fresh salt water lagoon, heated pools, kids playground and tennis courts. These amenities make Kawama Yacht Club Tower a very desirable vacation. You can go boating, snorkel, kayak, paddle-board, and fish or just catch a tan. Access to the marina ramp is free. If you need a boat slip let us know and we can special arrangements.

Great family stay.
We really enjoyed Key Largo! The unit was roomy and well appointed. Would have loved a bit more light in bedroom and some soap and shampoo plus more towels would have been nice. However we would definitely recommend a stay here. Beach area was cool and could have been great for fishing had we known about it.

A Perfect Escape in Key Largo
We were fortunate to stay in the stunning condo in Key Largo. The condo basically had 2 spotless master suites both with comfortable king beds and huge fans that are hard to find. The interior was impeccably designed, with beautiful furnishings and a tasteful décor that created a warm inviting atmosphere. It has a very large spacious living area that made it comfortable for the 6 of us. We loved standing in the balcony with a glass of wine and more importantly our walks up and down the breath taking jetty. The pool is directly downstairs overlooking the marina. This property far exceeded our expectations. The pickleball courts were new and the lights for night time playing were a big benefit also. I am not one to write a review but I felt obligated to do so in gratitude for an amazing vacation with stunning pictures and beautiful memories. Thank you Diana for all the details we will certainly be back.

Clean!!! Decorated very nicely. Beautiful place, spacious. Family, bring granddaughter to ocean after Disney. Awesome John penny camp close. Beds comfortable! Some snorkel equipment and rackets were available. Nice pool. Be sure to watch the fish by the dock by the second pool. Beautiful bay. Outlets need work in bath and no working fan, not too critical. And older, window treatment's tricky. But sufficient. Would stay again. Handy elevator. No dishwasher. Nice coffee pots Kurig and regular. and filters provided with nice dishes provided. Great sunsets.

The property is as pictured. It is very clean and pleasant. Also, it is easy to get in and out of the development. We made good use of the goggles and beach towels provided. We wish we had time for tennis and pickleball. There is so much to do in the area, we hardly spent any time indoors.

Key west family wedding.

Our stay was so nice. Thank you. I will say the outlets in both bathrooms did not work and two people could not blow dry their hair at the same time. Also, the sinks in the bathrooms did not drain as well as the tub in the middle bath Other than that it was such a wonderful home. We loved watching pickball in the morning and sitting out on the water

Key Largo Getaway
Condo was very nice, plenty of room for all of us. The private tower pool was amazing! The grounds were beautiful with plenty of places to take a morning walk or sit in the evening with drinks to enjoy the sunset and water views.

My husband and I spent a week with family and we felt the property was meant for us. Taking a short golf cart ride tot he beautiful sunset each night or reading on the beach. The property was clean, safe and very friendly.

Property was beautiful, clean and very well appointed. Had everything we needed and then some. Great golf cart to travel around and enjoy sunsets on the jetty. The separate marina was nice but a little tight to get a truck and 27 ft boat into but it can be done.

We rented this place for the location and because it has a boat ramp on the property. There was so much to do. Next time we will need to stay longer than four nights. This unit was nicely furnished and decorated. Owner was great to work with and responded quickly. We highly recommend staying at Kiwana and renting this unit.

Stayed here with family for 2 nights on our way to Marathon. Great place, clean, great decor, comfy beds. Had a small check in issue and owner called me right away. Personally appreciated toilet paper, paper towels and spices that I didnt need to run out and buy for the short stay. Golf cart was an added bonus! To no fault of the owner, the smell in the marina was pretty bad so we didnt hang outside to long. We did go to the jetty and watch the sunset. A beautiful site to see! Would stay here again longer in the future!
