Perfect Keys Beach House w/pool-bring your BOAT

Direct Ocean view Beach House located in the Largo Sound. Directly across the street from the private Largo Sound Park where you can enjoy a day at the beach, launch your boat from the private boat ramp, have lunch under the covered pavilion while the kids play on the play set.
This home has been fully remodeled. Upstairs is a large 2/1 with big balcony overlooking the ocean. Amazing sunrises! Downstairs is a smaller 2/1 with a small FULL kitchen. Both upstairs and downstairs rented together

As our guest, you will be given a key to the private park.
Outdoors there is a pool and outdoor kitchen with BBQ. Fully fenced backyard for your dog. Plenty of room to park your boat on trailer in the driveway. Come and enjoy our Keys Paradise!

**NOTE-Dogs are not allow at Largo Sound Park.
***NO Smoking inside the house.
1-If the key provided for Largo Sound Park is lost/taken by mistake thereby leaving the next guest without access to the park, you will be charged $600.
2-Guest need to be 25 years or older to make a reservation.
