Luxury Condo at Ocean Front Kawama Tower Complex

Enjoy your Key Largo stay in a private gated oceanfront community. This 3rd floor 2-bed 2-bath condo boasts approx. 1350sqft of living space with balcony, upgraded fully-equipped kitchen, freshly painted walls, and in-unit washer/dryer. Enjoy the marina, ocean, and state park views from the living room balcony and windows.

The property amenities include (3) heated swimming pools, a playground, a private marina with a 24/7 boat launch, a 3-acre salt-water lagoon for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and paddle boarding, tennis courts, and a fishing jetty. The ocean front fishing jetty includes several picnic areas, outdoor grills, and a sitting area at the end of the pier. The charter fishing marina is also located within walking distance of the property and John Penne Camp Coral Reef State park is nearby for snorkeling and diving. The complex is also gated with 24hr security.

Master Bedroom includes king-sized bed, TV, and full bath. While secondary bedroom includes queen-sized bed, sleeper sofa, small wet bar with mini fridge, and full bath as well.
Fully-equipped kitchen with new granite countertops, lighting, fresh paint and new furnishings. WIFI and large smart TV with cable, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon Prime, etc. Unit has central heating/cooling, and is professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays featuring fresh linens and towels.

Parking available under and around the building, with access to the unit through (2) elevators and/or stairs.

The Kawama private community resort is located at Mile Marker 100 off the Overseas Highway. This location has great access to shopping and restaurants, some with nightly entertainment, nearby to banks, grocery stores, pharmacy, and post office.

Weekend Getaway
We enjoyed everything about our weekend getaway with family! We visited the Dolphins Plus Marine Mammal Responders which was very close by and my 4 year old granddaughter flipped for this place!

Perfect place to stay, close to water access and a great pool. Clean and people there were friendly.
Greg was a great host, he got back to all emails and questions promptly, the unit was spacious and very well kept and was fully stocked in the kitchen. We had a great time here.

Super nice place to stay. We had an amazing time! You really don’t even have to leave the area because there is so much to do. Our 3 year old enjoyed every minute of it! Condo was equipped with everything you need to cook as well which is a plus.

Excellent experience overall. Greg was quick to respond to any questions we had. Make sure to go out and watch the sunrise from the rocks at least one morning, stunning views.

Relaxation in Key Largo
Staying at the Kawama Yacht Club Tower was a wonderful getaway in Key Largo for New Years' celebration if you are looking for a relaxing setting with great views, plenty of pools, and close proximity to all the shopping and restaurants you need. This unit felt and looked refreshed and provided plenty of space for 4 adults. The whole property was quiet except for some fun in the pools and it looked like it would accommodate families well.

Great spot for families!
Place was just as advertised with plenty of room for my family of 5. It was quiet and not crowded. Great location, with an easy drive to local restaurants and shops. We ventured north to the Everglades and south a few times seeing the sights in the Keys. We went swimming almost every night under the stars in the heated pool. Greg the property manager answered all questions within minutes.

Very Enjoyable
We really enjoyed our stay in Key Largo. The condo is very comfortable and spacious. The beds are very nice and comfortable. The location is convenient. We didn't cook in, but the kitchen is well stocked if we had wanted to. We will probably return to Key Largo and when we do, it is likely we will choose to stay in this unit again.

Perfect vacation spot
This condo was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and well kept. It was a welcome sight after a long day of travel. My husband, two children, and I enjoyed the very spacious condo. We discovered the separate tower pool at the end of our visit and spent two glorious days in the sun there. My son even ordered lunch via Uber Eats to the pool deck! Everything was perfect in the condo! Thank you for sharing your space with us.

Very nice property
This was a very nice property and we very much enjoyed our stay. We didn’t have an elevator key so we couldn’t access the ice machine down stairs or one of the elevators but we made it work by using the other elevator and the stairs and used ice trays. The condo was very nice and clean. As other reviewers commented, I wish I’d known more about the property early on. I didn’t realize that there was a lagoon on site until the day before we left. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Our stay in Key Largo
We arrived late at night to the property and was met by the security guard at the gate. She was extremely helpful and before we knew it we were inside the condo and getting settled for the night. We were presently surprised to find a clean and well equipped condo. The next morning we explored the property and took advantage of the pools and waterfront. We had brought our 8 month old granddaughter along with our family and had a wonderful time. We recommend this property to others as we only had one small problem with the cable tv and when we contacted the owner we had a quick response to our email and the problem was solved quickly.

Great location
Unfortunately our stay was short but we had a wonderful time. The 2 bedroom condo was great and accommodated us perfectly. The location was perfect, easy access to everything. We enjoyed walking around the lagoon, handing out by the firepit at night, and fishing at the jetty early morning. Unfortunately i didn't realize they had pickleball (on the tennis courts) or i would have brought paddles to enjoy that as well. There were 3 pools on the property and a playground. It's a gated neighborhood as well. The guard wasn't always there to let us in but the left a number to call on the window and responded quickly. The only thing i would complain about is that the back side of the condo and back bedroom/bathroom git very hot with the afternoon sun. So we would have to turn the air down which caused the front bedroom to be freezing. Also, tgere was not a spatula to be found but we were close enough to Publix so we just went out and bought one to use. We would definately stay at this property again without question!

I'm not one to give bad reviews or talk bad about services. I understand things aren't always as expected. This was above and beyond a disappointing stay. Management wasn't notified of our stay. We had to site on the side of the road for an hour before we were let in the property. We had trouble locating the key box. The bed in the master bedroom was like concrete. I slept in the recliner for my entire stay. 😞 For our last night there we spent the entire day away from the condo. When we returned there was a HVAC leak it smelled of the worst chemical smell the air was not breathable. When I called the owner of the property instead of being nice and courteous of the issue. He was just pushing blame and things were in working order when he was there last. Things do break. I explained the situation and we were unable to stay there for the rest of our stay. He never offered to reimburse for the last day. I had to find a hotel to stay in with my entire family. There was another listing that said they experienced a rash while being in the property and it's swimmers itch from the community pool. My family also experienced the same issue So beware of this property and the owners lack of responsibility. Shame on him.

Overall experience was as advertised. While we were there the towel rack fell off the wall; I replaced it, and the ice maker was not working. Other than that all was fairly operational and as expected.
