Kawama 3 bedroom townhouse--2 heated pools, marina, tennis, lagoon & much more!

Spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhouse M3 at Kawama Yacht Club. Come and relax at our beautiful home on mile marker 100 in Key Largo in a private, gated community with something for the whole family including 2 heated swimming pool, Tiki Hut area, playground, tennis courts, and a saltwater swimming lagoon. The beach is filled with plant and marine life, ideal for snorkeling. And for the boater/fisherman, there is a boat ramp and a large marina. You can get a slip for your boat for an additional fee paid to the marina manager directly; not through us. Additionally, there is no fishing in the lagoon or Marina. And no swimming in the Marina.

Little piece of paradise!
We had a wonderful stay, everything we needed was here, and just steps from the water! We was 1 min from deep sea fishing and 5 min from food and delicious ice cream! Our kids loved it as well! We 10 out of 10 recommend!

Perfect family reunion
The pool and playground were a big hit. The townhome was perfect, and the multiple patios were a big bonus. We would stay there again. The complex was quiet, clean, and had beautiful landscaping.

The property was exactly what we needed. Communications before arrival were very informative and it allowed for an enjoyable stay. We really enjoyed that there were multiply common areas in the unit for us to lounge and gather.

Great Getaway
Had a great time for a guys fishing trip. Central in Key Largo, has a Marina on site for boats, if you have one. Enjoyed the onsite amenities such as fire pits and grills. Owners posted an accurate description of the property.

Nice roomy condo. Great rental agent. Great place with lots to do on site. Helps to have a golf cart, which we rented. Very noisy AC. Not nearly enough towels for 5 people.

Nice resort & perfect spot for multiple families
The resort is nice- we enjoyed the pool, the lagoon/private beach, pier & kiddos loved the playground. To make this a 5/5 place, I would provide: -a broom or vacuum so guests don’t have to worry about tracking sand everywhere in the place -a sturdier mattress for the first floor pull-out bed -ironing board & iron -office drawer with pens,scissors,tape,sticky notes -the AC was pretty noisy but it does work quite well All in all, our week stay was nice and we would come back to the resort again!

Birthdays celebration
Chose weekend getaway to celebrate three birthdays with some sun and relaxation. We all needed some down time to unwind and destress. What a better way but to relax with some swimming, snorkeling and fishing. This place was exactly what we needed! It was clean, had what we needed and close to what we wanted to do. We already have other friends wanting to know where we stayed so they can make plans come here as well. It was almost perfectly planned!

Great location
Quiet, secure. Great home base. It had everything we needed. We fished, took snorkel trips, day excursions and came home to quiet and comfortable. Kids fished and swam while we relaxed in the evenings. Easy. Uber was quick and got checked thru the secure gates without issue. Half of our group that was left without a car got where they needed to go.

Great resort, a few niggles
We travelled with extended family some of which stayed two houses away. Theirs had been recently upgraded which really did make it quite superior to this house. I would suggest new sofas at least. There weee a few maintenance and cleanliness issues, and it was disappointing not to have a golf cart included.
