Horrible communication
1, we had to stay 3 days at a different property prior this one first it was because the house did not internet then they said it had no power. We were told that hours after we landed in Miami. 2, coffe pot was broke, and not fixed. 3, multiple tvs did not work, and not fixed. 4, zero propane and was told that they would take care of it.

Great Pool
The pool and palapa I. The backyard makes up for a lot of shortcomings. Private and hours of enjoyment. Kitchen had lots of equipment and made up for community’s lacking restaurants. Beds were very lacking. Two small doubles, one with a 4 piece pressboard base that made so much squacking noice it was impossible to sleep. The only queen was a nice bedroom, but definitely for those who like a hard rock bed. Lots of paper towels in full laundry, but only 3 rolls of TP in total was pretty cheap.

Renters Beware!
We reserved this back in December. The host asked for more money the week after. I paid. Once we arrived in town we found she double booked the trip and the house was occupied. The owner said it was because VRBO didn’t pay her right away so she accepted a reservation on another site. She has her home listed on 3 different sites and will cancel you for whichever 3rd party pays quickly regardless of VRBO’s policy to pay her on check in. We had a car full of groceries and a kid and were out for the week of spring break where everything was booked. It ruined her birthday and our plans. Please do not rent from her and risk ruining your vacation.
