BEACHFRONT POOL HOME

6 bedroom beachfront home with heated pool and spa overlooking the private beach. This home is tastefully furnished and and has 2 master suites for the extended family. Although located in a very private and quiet setting, it is close to great restaurants and shopping. The house comes equipped with 2 kayaks and a boat can be added to the rental for an extra fee. The sunset views from this house cannot be surpassed anywhere in the Keys. Minimum 4 night stay. Holiday weeks require a full week rental. Property is permitted and managed by Licensed Vacation Rental Manager.

A week in paradise
Our family had such a great time, the property had so much to do from the pool and spa to kayaks and paddle boards and situated in a great location. Property manager was highly responsive and helpful. Looking forward to staying again!

Family Paradise
We came with our family and had everything we needed!! A pool, beach, dock, paddle boards, kayaks, and a great home!! My 5 year old granddaughter kept saying “this is paradise!” She’s right!!

Wonderful vacation!
My friend and i took our teens and their friends to relax and get some very needed R&R. Had a fantastic time in this great home with great views and private pool and beach. Jay is a great host and takes good care of his property. Home and property is private but close everything we needed. Went on daily excursions that are only few minutes away. I loved waking up and sitting outside watching the ocean and sunrise. The best part was seeing all the kids enjoying the water and kayaks. Had a fantastic time at this fantastic home!

Booking was very easy and Jay the property manager was very easy to deal with medicine at check-in was already waiting for us If you are looking for a great property to have a family reunion or gathering a friends I highly recommend it it's set up perfectly for that type of event

Nice property
Lots of room, beautiful view, and plenty of restaurants within a 3-5 mile drive (none within walking distance). Lyft and Uber rides were easy to get. This time of year, the restaurants were not crowded so that was a plus.

Property was beautiful and perfect for our family of adults. From the beautiful bedrooms, kitchen, screened porch to beautiful views n pool evry day. Evrything we could need and Jay was a welcoming and helpful host/manager. We were sad to leave and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great House
House was nice and clean and the perfect spot for families to enjoy the pool and water. We had a small issue with the water heater but Jay was able to get a plumber out next day. Overall, it was a great trip for all of us.

Family time in Key Largo
The home is beautiful. Clean and well maintained. Private beach head was super. Family of 10 adults and 2 teenagers fit comfortably. Close to lots of things to do. Great restaurants ! Property manager Jay was available for things that just happens like storms, BBQ needs, and etc.

What a great week! House is absolutely perfect for a large family! We had ages 65 to 18 mths! Dock, beach and pool are ideal for all age groups! Property manager, Jay, was extremely responsive and helpful! Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home and perfect location
We loved the home and all its amenities especially the paddle boards and kayaks. My daughter loved the downstairs apartment. The gas grills need replacing as they are both very corroded. Hope to return next year.

Great getaway for a wedding in the keys
This house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. We used all 5 bedrooms and they were very nice. Kitchen was a little small for a big house, but everything worked and it was well appointed. Brunches were on the nice screened porch and there are plenty of restaurants nearby for dinners, but a car is a must have. Shaded pool was nice to cool off in after a day in the sun. We had a little problem with the family room AC, but the bedroom AC units worked well and compensated. We also used the kayaks and paddleboards which were a nice add. Nicest surprise was watching the tarpon swim by the fish light at the end of the dock!

Great house for our party of nine. Unfortunately the refrigerator was not working but luckily there was one in the downstairs unit that we could use. A little inconvenient but it worked. Since it was New Year’s Day we had to wait until the next day to get it fixed but that was understandable. Weather was a little cool but the hot tub got a lot of use!!

Great location. House was great overall... however it could use a bit of updating inside, needs a larger hot water heater, some exterior things could be replaced, updated. Old Items left on the side and front entrance need to be removed. Several nails / screws on the dock need to be reset/replaced. Overall the house was good, pool was great, location great, kids were self entertained all day. We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting it again.

Relaxing
This was a perfect location for our Mother of the Bride getaway. The setup of the house made it easy to host people who did not neccesarily know each other well. I had a group of 13 mix of family, college friends, and friends from town. We only left the property for dinner 1 night! Otherwise we spent our time kayaking, paddle boarding, playing games and most importantly relaxing! By the end of the week everyone had become good friends and we are all looking forward to seeing each other at the wedding. The only negative thing I have to say is that some of the kitchen stuff was dirty and the wooden chairs by the water are in rough shape and basically unusable. Overall it's an amazing location and set up for a great getaway. Lots of requests for a reunion next year!

No Need To Leave
The house, the beach and the pool are so wonderful! We had 8 adults and 2 kids in our group and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The pool is SO WARM! We had added an extra day after booking and a few days before check-in (we booked months prior) the property manager said that VRBO didn't calculate the taxes and that he would contact them. I heard nothing until after we were there. He said we should just directly pay him, which I was uncomfortable with. I had to then spend more time, while on vacation, calling VRBO (over an hour) and dealing with it. I was super frustrated especially because it was the property managers fault, not mine and not VRBO's. However, in the end, I would recommend this place and stay again.

Great time!
The house was nice and clean for our family stay. Jay met with us to review everything in the house upon our arrival. The view was amazing! And the beach area was nice to use the paddle boards (these were at the house which was great to use!). The heated pool and hot tub were a hit with all of us and the kitchen/bathroom on the lower level were very nice so you didn’t have to go all the way upstairs. The house is also located close to restaurants and shopping. There are a few things that need a little updated such as the light on the dock. The kids wanted to fish, but the light on the dock didn’t work so they couldn’t see out there. Also, the hot water heater did not keep up with our needs. Suggestions to future guests: bring a hair dryer if you need one, trash bags/paper towels and face wash clothes (we had to go buy some for our stay)

Thanksgiving gathering
The property was pretty much as advertised although the description did not make it clear that the one bedroom/apartment was on the ground floor and separate from the main living quarters. There were four bedrooms on the main living level which were very nice. Putting two young teens on the lower level was a little concerning. Also we were unaware that if we planned to use the elevator we needed to notify the property manager ahead of time. Check in was easy but when Jay (property manager)said he was going to stop by, he never did. We also had to refill the propane tank for the grill on our own without any compensation. Some of the appliances needed repair (cook top and dishwasher rack). All in all these minor issues are easy fixes for a property that was perfect for us, our children, and grandchildren.

Ideal location and set-up
We had a large group that was there to lobster during opening weekend. The house is ideal for a large group. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the outside with the pool, dock, beach, paddle boards, etc... was amazing. The kitchen was not ideal for our group of cooks (stove top took a long time to heat, and did not maintain a consistent temperature). But, the vitamix for fruity drinks made up for it. The property manager is very hands-on. Our biggest problem is that we booked the boat that was mentioned in the listing. And, we did not receive that boat. There were some parts/repair issues, and we were made known about those the day before our arrival. The property manager did provide a substitute boat. Fortunately, we had rented a second boat. If not for that, our lobster trip would have been a bust with the substitute boat. Overall, a great trip at a great house in an exceptional location on the water!

A week in Key Largo
The lanai area, pool and pier were very nice-good sized pool and very large shaded seating area. We had to wear shoes on pier as there were screws sticking up and lots of slivers. Of the 2 grills only one worked and the electronic start was broke on it.. The upstairs was adequate. Lots of broken blinds, a fan with no remote, broken dish washer and cracked stovetop (Jay said they were coming to fix but never did). Downstairs unit was a mess. A refrigerator that stunk and a broken bathroom sink. All in all the yard could use a major cleanup-from the beach to the surounding yard. Lots of junk sitting around. I realize no rental property is perfect but when you pay this amount of money you expect more. We made the best of it and did enjoy our stay but other renters should be aware of the total picture.
