Situated on a Private Tropical Beach on the Atlantic our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo is decorated in a Tropical Island theme. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, Master Bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable. The guest bedroom has two double beds and a flat-screen TV with cable. The Living room has a 43 inch flat screen TV with cable and Netflix. The condo also has Central Air Conditioning, password protected high-speed internet. The kitchen has corian counter top, dishwasher, microwave and an ice-maker in the freezer. We have a pool, shuffle board, tiki hut will 2 gas grills and 3 tables for dining. We also have green space between our beach and building. We have additional green space along the East side of our property. Our landscaping consists of palm trees and colorful native tropical flowering trees and shrubs. Each condo has it's own parking space marked with it's condo number. We are as close as walking distance to a 5 minute drive to great ocean-side restaurants, kayaking, snorkeling, jet skiing, fishing charters, diving, Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Hospital and State Parks. The Keys- July 2024
Our family had a blast at this property. The communication with the owner was fantastic and it was perfect for what we were looking for. The condo was the perfect size for my wife and I and our 3 kids (9 and under). Would highly recommend this spot to anyone for so many different reasons!

Best condo in the keys
I believe this is our 3rd time staying in this condo. There is a reason we keep coming back! The condo is always immaculate and well stocked. The grounds and the swimming pool are always clean. The private beach is never crowded and pristine. The owner Michael, is just a phone call away and always has wonderful suggestions for dining and activities. Michael goes above and beyond to make a visit to his condo a perfect vacation.

The property owner was always available. Offered great information about the area and activities. We Loved the space! Very clean! Very accessible for us (mother of 2 teens) while staying in Marathon —-as the rest of the family was renting a home with a dock on the bay side. About an hour drive to Key West which we traveled there 3 times during our 7 day stay! I highly recommend! Easy check-in and check out!

The condo was great. Clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. We loved the beach and the pool. Great location in central Keys. Micheal was so helpful during the whole process. He gave us great tips and recommendations about things to do, and was super quick to respond anytime I had a question.

Wonderful stay. People are friendly, the beach views are beautiful, and this condo is located in a very safe neighborhood. Lots of beach chairs to use. Grilling area is awesome! Condo had everything we needed including 4 beach towels. Communication from owner was perfect. Would definitely reccomend

Older condo buildings but quite unique. This unit was being renovated and we were the last guests to rent it prior to it. The unit had some cleanliness issues upon our arrival but once the owner was notified it was abruptly addressed. This unit is right next to the pool which is immaculate. The grounds in this complex are well manicured. There was quite a large family group that rented multiple units at this time and were a lot of fun to interact with even sharing drinks and homemade seafood ceviche. It was a great time.

A comfortable place to relax
If you want action, night life, etc. stay in Key West. If you want R&R this condo/location on Marathon will fit the bill. It’s about half way between the upper and lower keys so easy access to anywhere you want to explore. If you have any questions or issues arise, the host, Michael, is very responsive.

Awesome location and owner
The location is spot on! Just a few steps from the pool and maybe (depends on how fast you walk) 1 & 1/2 minutes to the beach. The local owners/frequent renters were all very welcoming. Everything you need (groceries,restaurants,etc) within minutes. I love to run and it's easy to get the miles in running around the island. I can tell you Michael was awesome as a host, but when you hear the locals/cleaning crew talk about how awesome he is as well, that speaks volumes. We will certainly be back!

WE LOVED IT! Michael has a great condo. We would definitely book with him again. The entire family loved it. What everyone else says about the place is true. He has just about everything you could need. Sand toys for the kids, boogie boards and snorkels, beach chairs, plenty of pantry items. We counted 4 beach towels and two sets of regular towels for each person. The space was perfect for our family of four. Just a 10 minute drive to Winn Dixie or Publix to stock up on food and any forgotten items for the week. But be sure to check the hall closet first. He might already have what you're missing. Michael was very friendly and checked in with us a day or two before the trip to get us situated and to offer food and activity suggestions. He was very friendly and helpful. He truly wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. And of course it is simply breathtaking in Marathon and the keys. This was our third time down. We stopped at Robbie's on the way down for lunch and to feed the tarpon (watch your fingers). And we stopped at Snappers on the way back for dinner and some live music.
