3 Bedroom Oceanfront Townhouse in the fabulous Florida Keys

This townhouse at Key Colony Point is a beautiful holiday location. Key Colony Point is at the corner of Marathon, so you have an amazing view over the Atlantic to watch breathtaking sunrises and sunsets every day.

The fully furnished condo is located directly at the beach and offers three bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, a separated modern bathroom and a walk-in closet. The Master Bedroom is additionally equipped with a flat screen TV and sliding glass doors leading to the second floor balcony and amazing overlook ocean. The first guest bedroom located on the second floor provides additionally a TV. The second guest bedroom which is located on the first floor adjoins to the backside balcony. The fully equipped and brand new renovated kitchen and the rambling living and dining room are placed on the first floor and connect to the waterside balcony. Feel free to enjoy stunning sunsets and a wonderful direct view over the pool area and the Atlantic Ocean.
Furthermore you can enjoy private access to two beaches, relishing elongated beach promenades, a pool area containing one swimming pool and one Jacuzzi, a tennis court with the opportunity to play basketball as well and several outdoor barbecue areas. The property is also a lovely place for fishing at the Key Colony Point’s private pier or snorkeling, with a great variety of fishes, coral reef and other beautiful sea animals. Many places of excursions like Key West, Theater of the Sea and the Everglades are within short reach.

Great Stay
Had a great family vacation at Key Colony Point. The property is very nice and the condo is large and appointed well. Management was excellent and the process to rent was very easy. My family had a wonderful time and hopefully we will be back soon.

Wonderful Week in the Keys!
Our family really enjoyed our stay at KCP. The condo is beautiful and just as pictured. The grounds are lovely and so relaxing, whether we were at the pool or one of the beaches. We had a fantastic time! Looking forward to visiting again.

Family Getaway
My wife and I took our 2 kids and her parents to the Keys for a week. Outstanding location at KCB. Everything you need is so close. Condo was as advertised, fantastic pool, tennis court, basketball, pier. Only cons were there was not much of a beach to hang with the kids. Other than that, great experience! Thanks KCP @ KCB!

Great townhouse! Beautiful view! Perfect location! Everything was awesome! House was well stocked with more stuff that’s any other rental we have ever had. The pool and ocean were great. Still some work being done on the complex but it looks great and we look forward to coming back and seeing it completed. Thanks so much for letting us share your home. We will be back!

Property has a great location and a great view
We enjoyed the location, pool and wonderful dock. We fished off it and enjoyed amazing sunsets, too. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the lower balcony off the living room. The bathroom were luxurious and we had all the linens we needed. We appreciated the washer dryer to dry towels and suits after some fun. The screened in lower level was a surprise and super convenient for storing fishing gear and drying towels, etc. The beds were not comfortable and the sheets in the master were older and pilling. That was our major complaint, if the beds were updated we’d totally stay again!

"Best Ever"
Took our 18 to 25-year old children and son brought his girlfriend. We went scuba diving, fished of the dock, went to Key West, hung out at the pool, bicycled and ate some great food! We wanted to snorkel and kayak, but the wind was just too much and the operators canceled those two days. Parking at the condo was great with a covered space plus surface for second car. Fun in Marathon
It was a great rental. Pool was amazing. Not much for beach(es), but there is a great beach close...Sambero Beach. You will need to buy extra toilet paper, tide pods (none in laundry room 😪). It would have been nice to have a few extra towels for you wouldn't have to do laundry. If you are doing more in the Keys I would suggest staying closer because the drive is long, boring and sloooooow (but pretty). Lots to do in Marathon. If wanting to go to Dry Toutorgues book it long before you go because it is booked out a long ways. They say it is beautiful there and great snorkeling. I would book this again!

Check-in was easy. Asked about the propane tank for the grill and the manager came right over! Property & pool are very well taken care of. Kitchen was well stocked. Even little extras like some spices, laundry & dishwasher detergent, sunscreen and plenty of towels. Beds are very firm but that’s probably only my issue :) The location is great, close to restaurants, grocery & not that far from Key West. Recommend the Turtle Hospital! The walking lane on the road is great too! Rooms are huge with plenty of storage! Stairs will be an issue for someone unable to climb the stairs. Will definitely return!

Friends Vacation 2022
My friends and I decided to spend a week in the Keys for our vacation this year. Usually there is ten of us. But two couples couldn't go this year. We found this three bedroom three bath and it couldn't have worked out better. The townhouse was very clean and welcoming. It had all the amenities we needed. The pool was exceptionally clean and the were grounds keepers everyday making sure the property well maintained. We all agree this was a great place to vacation and we will return.

Glorious vacation
I have been visiting the Florida Keys since I was 12 years old and my children their whole lives and Key Colony has always been a location as part of our visits. The location of this condo and the condo itself is perfect and will be a must stay in our future Florida Keys trips. Well stocked for cooking for a family as well as steps from the beach and pool. I felt the stress melt off immediately. Can't wait till our next visit.
