"Very clean and tidy. Great space for a family of four. Comfy beds, everything you would regularly expect to have on hand at home seemed to be thought of in the 3 bedroom villa. Excellent wifi, good tvs, very cold air con and a very short walk to beach. The beach is really nice, patrolled. The complex is quiet. Would stay here again for sure. "

"We arrived out of hours but were given clear information about access to find our two bedroom accommodation that was excellent. Clean, well equipped and highly recommendable. The pool and play area were well maintained and again very clean and presentable. My family had a wonderful 5 day stay. My grandson was so pleased you had a spa and spent most of the 5 days in it or the pool or the games room."

"Fantastic place to stay. Very clean and modern. Great bed and the place is set up very well for anyone that has a fur baby. Great grassed area for the fur baby to run around. We have stayed a few times now and definitely can’t wait to stay again. It’s 5 plus stars from us"

"property was well presented but like nearly every property had too many vases and things particularly since it was pet friendly which is a two edged sword for the owner because things are needed to dress the property up as a lived in space but the things and the range of cushions have to be locked away from the pet and then put back before the guest leaves also the flat was clean EXCEPT for the shower recess which needs bleach and scrub the grout on the wall tiles the floor tiles were very...

This place is not only warm and cozy, its literally near to every place to visit, beaches and restaurants from Lake Cathie to Town Beach.We have visited a lot and done so much in just 3 days.To top it all, you can have a relaxing dip in the pool after a long day. "Very invinting and clean as soon as you walk in. Wonderful quiet location and quick, easy drive to the beach."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean on arrival. It was a great location for Flynn’s Beach and there is regular bus’s along Pacific Drive along the coast and into Port Macquarie. The staff were very helpful and friendly."

"We really loved staying in this unit. Great view heaps of space. The only complaints would be the front door knob was very hard to turn to actually open the door and the shower drain had heaps of hair stuck in it which would repulse a heap of people' but we would definitely stay here again"

"The apartment was not clean when we arrived. I had to buy cleaning products! The mould in the shower was horrendous. The bed linen was dirty. There was only 3 forks. The plates and cups needed to be Re washed. The apartment looks into the back of a restaurant so heard load air conditioning all not. Probably worst place we have ever stayed. Real estate agent was fabulous. Location near beach was also great"

"We stayed in a 3 bedroom oceanview on level 3 and it was perfect. Staff greeted us well and were friendly, the rooms were clean, tidy, comfortable and the view was amazing. Their was a slight unpleasant smell (kind of like a wet dog) when we first entered but could be the age of the building or other factors (maybe carpets could do with a refresh) but once we had the balcony door open and over the next couple of days it didn't bother us at all.
