The laundry facilities are shared with the owner, but these cannot be used due to safer stays principles. The owner can make arrangements with a local kennels if you wish to bring a dog, and they will allow the dog at the property during the day, but kept on a lead. Please note that there are dogs on the estate but they are kept away from all guest areas.
The owner does live on the Estate, in the self-contained flat on the ground floor under Allerton House. Both areas are completely private and have separate entrances.
We are looking forward welcoming you to Allerton House, we do however politely request that outdoor footwear is not be worn indoors and that no food and drink is taken upstairs.
There is a snooker table for you to enjoy in the property but we politely ask that no games are played after 11pm and that no food and drink is taken in this room.
Please note that the pool opening hours are, 10am - 7pm in the winter months and 8am - 9pm in the summer months
We do however ask out of respect to our neighbours, that no loud music is played in the swimming pool area.
