Bright and light corner townhouse with views of Baldy. Conveniently located walking distance to town and minutes from the base of the slopes, the bike trails and Wood River. Children’s games and bikes available. Comfortable and warm.

Outstanding Stay
This home was perfect for our family of five. Well equipped throughout and perfectly located within easy walking distance to River Run lifts and to downtown Ketchum. Communication with owner was easy and very helpful. 5 Star . We hope to come back again soon!

Sun Valley Ski Trip
This condo was perfect for our 4-day ski trip. We were able to walk to the River Run base from the condo and even walked through the woods to the gondola one evening for dinner at the Roundhouse. We found the condo to be very clean and cozy. It’s proximity to the bike path and Big Wood River would also make it a perfect place for a summer vacation and fly fishing enthusiasts.

Wonderful holiday stay
Our family stayed here over New Years and had a wonderful stay. The condo is in a great location for skiing and getting into town for dinner and shopping. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. Rose was incredibly helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to return!

Great property!
We came here to ski in early January. The place was very nice. We came shortly after Christmas, and it was decorated with a Christmas tree, and the mantle was decorated with lights. All nice touches that added to the charm of the place. It was very clean and very big. it was the perfect place and we would stay here again.

Great time in Sun Valley
My husband and I had a relaxing stay at this condo in downtown Ketchum, Idaho. It even had air conditioning which came in handy a few nights. The owner communicated with us quickly about any questions we had. It appeared exactly as in the photos. Highly reccommend!!!

West Ketchum Wonder
A beautifully furnished home awash in sun all day long snug against Baldy. Each morning we relished our short walk to River Run along the Big Wood past grazing deer and moose. Rose was an excellent and accommodating host. We had a magical time.

Great location, close to walking path and town
Nice property, close to River Run, close to town, and the walking path. Solid surface floors in all common areas were great and perfect for pets. Private garage and plenty of space between rooms to spread out, primary suite is private. A few small housekeeping items that were resolved quickly by the owner. It can get warm upstairs in the winter with the heating system but opening the windows helped. Overall a great value for the location and size of the unit.

Nice Condo in a Good Location
The condo is located about 50 yards from a path that takes you right to River Run Lodge. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the lodge - it's actually faster to walk to the lodge than it is to drive from the condo, find a parking space, and then walk from the parking lot to the lodge. The house is well-equipped with everything you need except for a slow cooker. Comfy beds/bedding and easily sleeps six people. Rose took the time to call me and give me tips about where to dine, where to shop, where to rent skis, etc. We had a great experience at her home and definitely recommend staying there.

My family and I have been going to Ketchum/Sun Valley for as long as I can remember. Sadly, our time-share unit was sold a few years back. Luckily, vrbo's afford us the opportunity to continue the tradition. Rose's place was just what we needed. Beautiful, convenient location in quiet neighborhood near trails, parks, and town. It was roomy with all the necessities. We appreciated opportunity to use the bikes made available and rested comfortably at night (the master bed was divine!) Always nice to have a place that works for my parents, my kids, and of course, the dogs. The place was clean and you couldn't even tell pets had been present. Our dogs are hypoallergenic breeds so sometimes places have obvious evidence of the pets that have been there before, but not this place. Rose was immediately and continually responsive, ready to offer a warm welcome, answer any questions, and check in to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The neighbors were also friendly and inviting. Just an added bonus to an cozy home tucked in beautiful mountain scenery. We will definitely be back! It's so nice to know we have a place that will work well for us. I'm sure others will feel the same.

The townhouse was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent. We very much enjoyed the wide variety of hiking available nearby. It was an excellent time of year to visit!

The condo is very spacious, cute, and well appointed. Bed in master was very comfy! The location is perfect! We enjoyed walking along the bike path and to the River Run lodge. We also walked into town many times - easy walk!
