"Saya booking dengan hotels.com, kami datang sudah malam sekitar pukul 11 malam, ketika kami mau cek in dikatakan tidak kerjasama dengan hotels.com dan kamar sudah penuh semua. kemudian kami komplain via bebas pulsa hotels.com dan dikatakan akan menghubungi pihak hotel nya kebetulan kami pesan kamar ..."

"The bathe towels stink. The bedsheets had blood stains and other stains. No hairdryer was available. A short one night stay is bearable if you can deal with below par cleanliness conditions."
