Rydal Lodge is a spacious holiday home with a large deck taking in views of Bassenthwaite Lake. There are three bedrooms - two double and one twin - with luxurious bedding. Accommodation compromises a large living and dining area with flatscreen TV and kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher.

Bassenthwaite Lakeside Lodges is a five star holiday park with direct access onto Bassenthwaite Lake. The site is located only a short drive from Keswick and the North Lakes.

Beautiful lodge in a stunning location!
The lodge was absolutely perfect for our long weekend. It was super spacious, 2 bathrooms was great and the fact that we had the lake not even a 1 min walk away was lovely. Would definitely stay here again and perfect distance to some amazing nearby hikes (our favourite of the weekend was Haystacks)!

Stayed on this site many times, lovely and relaxing. Lodge very comfortable, everything you want. Decking needs replacing at some point, but enjoyed our stay.

It was absolutely an amazing stay. My husband and I arrived on Thursday and we spent the night there before our daughter and husband and son and partner arrived for the weekend. It was perfect, enough space for everyone, and we all felt comfortable. I will definitely book again later in the spring. Thank you very much.

We had a very good break. Lodge suites our needs, the lake, fresh air and the mountain view. We cooked Christmas dinner etc. and had some lovely meals. Lodge beds etc. was very comfortable

So happy we found this place, it was perfect. We are a family of 6, youngest being 19. The living space was huge with plenty of seating for us all. Bonus having the TV for the evening. Perfect location, close to everything. Lovely early morning doggy walk to the lake. All the home comforts. Comfy beds, bonus 2 bathrooms. Everything we wanted to see was so close. Beautiful little park.
Lovely setting, good location for a Skiddaw climb, a little remote from shops and restaurants. Nice touch with tea, coffee and milk supplies. Lovely powerful shower.

What a beautiful setting! The lodge was clean and spacious with very comfortable beds and nice extra touches. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying the view. We had no problems with the WiFi. Jan was a pleasure to deal with. We would love to come back again!

Very nice. Savnat said we arrived before we reached lodges. A comment on directions that said lodge sign is somewhat hidden would be helpful. Also directions to garbage location. Would definitely stay here again.

The lodge was great, exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed. It was clean, tidy and well equipped. The view was fantastic and the area was really quiet. Some good walks just over the doorstep and acess to the shore if you fancy a dip in the hot weather. Beds were comfortable and really good showers. Jan and Sam were great at communicating and I'd love to go back again

Can’t wait to visit again.
What a wonderful week we had. The views from the Lodge is special and a short walk took us to the lovely Lakeside. Perfectly situated to visit Keswick and wonderful places such as Crummock water and Buttermere. The Lodge was light and spacious, the beds so comfortable. Bassenthwaite Lakeside Lodges
Wonderful location and everything inside the lodge was great and very well presented. Lots of cooking utensils and excellent equipment. Wifi excellent and beds very comfortable. If I could point at a single improvement it would be to the exterior decking cleanliness and state. The decking does not need replacing and the exterior fences and walls do nned repainting and some attention.
