Bedroom 4: Bunk (3ft) Beds. Heating, electricity, gas, bed linen and Wi-Fi included. Cot.. Rear yard. On road parking. Visit England 4 Star. No smoking.. Little Chamonix underwent complete renovation and refurbishment to create a superb self-catering cottage. It provides generous accommodation for large families and walking groups, with good quality kitchen and bathrooms. It is situated by the convention centre in Keswick, five minutes’ level walk from the town centre and its many amenities, 10 minutes’ from the lake, and with fell and lakeside walks from the door.

Great house. Highly recommended.

The house was excellent and location great. However, really disappointed with Cottages.com who wrote to us saying they would delay taking the money out of our account until 10 weeks and then 3 weeks before the trip, due to the Coronavirus. Delighted with that option, but they proceeded to take the money out at the original date and were and still are uncontactable regarding the issue. Not helpful when budgeting... Even Home and Away tried to contact them but to no avail

Really comfortable holiday home conveniently located close to Keswick centre. Great facilities for a large family group. It was unfortunately let down by the cleanliness particularly in the kitchen. This was despite a 2 hour delay in getting into the house to allow time for a 'deep clean' and the property had only been occupied for four weeks prior to our stay plus the need for additional cleanliness due to covid19. The oven had not been cleaned and was thick with grease at the bottom, so smoked like crazy when we turned it on. The cleaners need training better! Also the sofas are not the most comfortable. And there are no recycling dustbins, only the one general rubbish bin. Otherwise, we loved it.
