Quiet and cozy cabin
Very peaceful and quiet cabin close to Ingram and Kerrville. Nice, welcoming hosts. Property does need some landscaping help with overgrown driveway and walkway to cabin. Also has an unconventional toilet some people may not be comfortable with. But overall it is a good value for the money.

The owners went above and beyond.
Very nice personal touches. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay very nice. It was my Birthday weekend and they even bought me a gift. They had homemade baked muffins that were so delicious. We felt right at home. I would recommend to anyone wanting to escape the city but, to be conveniently located to the nearby towns. This is a hidden gem, and the owners are very sweet.

Beautiful and quiet
The little cabin was set on the side of the hill looking out onto beautiful views. Inside the cabin is just another reflection of the hill country with its decor. I loved the porch for early morning sunrises and late night sitting. The hosts are the most hospitable people you will find and have tons or recs on things to do. Enjoyed our stay!

Hill Country Hideaway
This place is phenomenal! They were so accommodating and kind, we got in way later than we expected and they waited up for us to get there to welcome us. We got the full low down on everything in town, places to go and a run down of the cabin. We got our first experience with an incinerating toilet! I love new experiences so we were all about it. This place is close to everything and only 30 minutes from anything you wanna do! It was clean, comfortable and inviting to stay in. We loved the cool mornings and sun coming up and the hosts! Super cool, relaxing stay! We will see you guys again!

Best 50th Birthday Getaway!
If you want to get a way from the hustle and bustle of everyday busy life, come here. The host were amazing! The communication is excellent. The host welcomed my husband and I and even had a sweet little birthday gift for me. The cabin is adorable. We so enjoyed sitting g out on the patio in the mornings and evenings. It was actually kinda chilly outside, crazy I know being the middle of summer. We enjoyed the birds and deer. While you are visiting here, checkout the Stonehenge II and The Coming King Prayer Garden. Also grab dinner at the Southern Sky Music Cafe and The Lakehouse. Excellent food and service. Can’t wait to come back when the host add a cabin coming soon!

Quiet and Friendly
Tommy and Kathy are very kind. Made sure we were settled in. Gave my son a birthday gift, as we were there to explore the hill country and celebrate his 13th birthday. The cabin was just what we needed as a quiet place to sleep, and a base to jump off from each morning into our adventures. Definitely will be staying again!

Great weekend
We had a great weekend due to this wonderful place. It was comfortable and relaxing to be away and alone. The host were great and made themselves available for anything we needed. We did not mind not having wi-fi and TV. It was a great location for what we wanted to do and hope to return someday.

We loved it and we will be back!
My husband and I were going to stay at a hotel in the Hill Country on a last-minute day trip we decided to take. We got on Trivago and were looking up hotels and we came across this place. We didn’t see any reviews, but we loved the look of the place and decided we would give it a try. We were not disappointed! The place was clean and charming; we loved the rustic cabin! The owners were very friendly and we had a great experience all around. We take annual trips to the Hill Country and will be looking this place up each time we go.

The cabin definitely had a manly setting. The western/native American theme was on point. Enjoyed the quiet and relaxation. Bed was extremely comfortable. Perhaps you could invest in a small microwave. We love to eat popcorn with dvd movies. Overall, it was a nice experience in an out of the way location.
