Our spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom Kernville home has it all - brand new hot tub, large back yard, gorgeous mountain views, comfy living room w/ Smart TV, oversized RV parking, an amazing private location, and even a small basketball court that your kids will love! Freshly painted and professionally cleaned and managed. A 2 minute drive down the hill brings you to Kern River's public access areas, as well as historic downtown Kernville and all of its amazing options for dining and shopping.

Additional parking available on the back side of our lot for your approved recreational vehicles, boats, etc.!
