"The hotel is very nice. The service was very friendly, and the room was spotless. Perhaps the only drawback is the bathroom, since it has an exhaust fan running continuously, it is very cold in winter. But other than that, everything was great. "Excellent staff. Everyone very friendly and helpful. There was a very kind lady on the front desk whose name I don't have and also Storm who was very helpful and kind also. "A warm welcome on arrival. Lovely room in a separate building to the main one. Nice gardens and view from the room. Access to the spa included, but the pool was out of use both days. Charged extra by accident when checking out, but recitifed when phoned."

"The pods are very clean and tidy, nicely secluded within the forest, the whole site is well maintained with good facilities. The coffee and takeaway area was lovely to sit at near the pool, meals in the restaurant were also very good. Good base for cycling around with plenty of tracks and trails, excellent for the celebrations on Ginkel Heath. Would definitely stay again. "
