I was asked to pay for parking but then when I told about the Expedia offer I did not have to pay. But the lady did not offer the spa service "

"The Hotel rightly located. It is a 3 minutes walk to the bus stop to board the Tram to the City Centre, which is approximately 10-15 minutes ride, depends on Stops. The rooms are big and well decorated. The breakfast scramble egg was tasty and we enjoyed the Cappuccino. There were other selections of breakfast drinks. For a 4-Star Hotel, the Group should provide Kettle, tea/coffee and biscuits in rooms for guests. "
