"Beautiful space,very modern, lovely lobby, public spaces and rooms.however most of the staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The front desk staff were fine, however the people at the pool were the most unprofessional hotel staff I have ever encountered. The life guard was either on his phone or walking around. The food staff did not even acknowledge questions in English. Towels were few and far between . Also the pool area was very crowded with small children running around....

The hotel is very well-maintained and immaculate. The staff was helpful and friendly. This hotel is not suited for kids and is designed for guests over 16 years old. We will be glad to stay at this hotel again."

"It’s a beautiful property. If you’re planning on coming in on a Saturday be prepared to not check in til 9 at night. The pool hours are very short too. Beautiful pool but hours were 10 to 5. Buffet breakfast was plentiful!! Overall it’s in a great location and right across from beach"
