"I booked and paid for this place but the owner never got back to me. Never emailed me the code to get in. And then travelnest told me it was my job to try and get a refund off expedia! This is a rotten disgraceful way to treat people. Id travelled 140 miles to stay here with my disabled husband and two dogs and couldnt even contact the owner to get in!!!"

"To start with, we had to contact both travel nest and vrbo, just to get the access codes, as the host was not answering texts and calls. Both travel nest and vrbo were very helpful. We finally got the code, 3 hours before check in, and half hour before travelling.
