"I had a great time staying here. The pool is open until 10, the gym is open 24/7, and the bar was open until 9. Very few people were here, which I like. The bartender was a sweet grey bearded man who had great hospitality, and a caring tone. Although I had ordered a 1 bed king, I had gotten 2 beds queen size which didn’t bother me. Overall, it was a great stay and I WILL be returning again soon! "

"We have stayed at the Trail Inn 2x’s. It is a very unique concept. There is NO ONE and NO Front desk. Once the reservation is made on line, you are sent a code to enter when you go into the hotel and a lock box opens with your room key. Interesting. There is no breakfast (we don’t usually like the breakfasts furnished anyway) but there is a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave in the room. Our king room was VERY clean and comfortable. The motel is at the junction of Rte 66 and I55 so there is a little traffic noise but not enough to keep us awake. It is also pet friendly which was beneficial for us. AND the price was right—$76 plus tax. The tv viewing was limited but we were there to sleep and get back on the road. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area."

"The room we were in was amazing. Junior king suite. We’ve never stayed in a hotel room with a full sized refrigerator and a 2 burner stove. The separate living and sleeping space made us feel like we were at home. The staff was very accommodating to our needs. I truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this business to my friends and family. We didn’t have any issues, problems, or negative experiences. "
