People in Kennett area are nice folks. The overall appearance of the town is quite disappointing as it used to be a very nice little city, but has many run-down, depressed-looking areas now. But?

"Newly purchased by a young couple who is in the process of remodeling. I gave it a 5 star review because the room was clean! It was in a great location.
