Guest access
Guests have access to the entire cottage including a patio and yard. You will have entry with a key. The hosts are available to answer any of your questions that arise during your stay. Otherwise, you will have complete privacy.

The cottage is newly renovated with new paint, flooring, bathroom, furnishings, décor, and landscaping. Feel free to use the outdoor patio for relaxing, sipping a drink in the evening, or cooking on the grill. You may also use the storage shed to store your bikes if you choose to bring or rent your own. Two multi-speed bicycles are provided for your use along with a cart to carry your beach items.
The cottage is located in beautiful Cape Porpoise and a short ride from a working lobster dock, nearby light house, lovely art galleries, market, deli, and wonderful restaurants. Make your stay special by preparing your own seafood.
You will remain comfortable with central heat and AC or you can also open the windows and enjoy the cool breezes and fresh salt air.
You will find a notebook to assist you in getting the most out of your stay. This will include recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing, and recreation, including major shopping outlets in Kittery & Freeport Maine. If you are really adventurous, you can take the train from Wells to Boston for the day.
During the summer there is a seven-day minimum stay, with check-in on Saturdays. **Except 2023** The calendar makes it look like there is availability only on Fridays during the summer. This is not the case. VRBO’s policy is to show the other days as booked because a reservation can only be started on Saturday.
