"They gave me a free upgrade to a room with a view of the Rhine. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had at any European hotel. They had a designated machine only for hot chocolate, and the cocoa was so good I drank three cups. There was also a smoothie maker. Also, just a 10-minute walk to the Drachenfelsbahn."

We also thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast that had so many options. We got to the hotel later than expected and appreciated that there was no time limit to check in.
