Otele gittik bize iki ayrı yatak verilecekti rezervasyonumuz o şekilde idi ama otele gittiğimizde sadece tek yatak vardı çocuk için yere bebek bile yatamayacağı yatağı attılar. Başka bir oda ve kalabileceğimiz şartları talepte bulunduk otelden kovulduk işinize gelirse kalın gelmiyorsa siz bilirsiniz dediler. Yaptığımız ödemeyi verin o zaman dedik bize mi ödeme yaptınız nereden ödeme yaptıysanız gisin oradan alın dediler. Ve kovulduk otelde kalmadık o akşam kemerde lanova otelein bir arka sokağında bulunan nordiç otelde kaldık paramız hiç oldu. Nalet olsun böyle otelciliğede kişilerede paramızı hotels.com’dan kartla ödedik diye bize hiç bir seçenek ve yardımcı olunmadı. Lütfen paramı iade edin
