"Booked to take my elderly puppy on a little vaca however he became very sick and could not travel. Understood there was no refund due to the time I made the booking but did send message to contact listed and got no response. would not recommend this listing, no communication or acknowledgement of message received, very unprofessional."

"Grounds damaged from recent hurricane; no beach as indicated; missing bed linens & wash clothes upon arrival; a/c window unit tripped the breaker & the property manager did not respond to my email motivation — I had to call her hours laters, & she “instructed” me to go outside to flip the breaker panel switch if I wanted the a/c to come back on. Interior was decorated nicely, but bldg itself is run down."
