The space
The idyllic setting and the warmth of the cottage is what makes this quaint, beautiful retreat a perfect escape destination for honeymooners, families and nature lovers. Here you will be able to escape from it all and make great memories that will last for the rest of your life!

Walking in, you have the living room straight ahead, and to the right, the stairs to the rooms upstairs and past that a Water Closet (commode and sink) and then the laundry room with a door to the carport.

Ahead you will find a spacious living room with 2 comfortable couches and a multi-function coffee table. Next to the window is a dedicated office space & relaxing leather chair with an amazing view of the hot tub and outside scenery. To the right is the Master bedroom, featuring a King-sized bed, walk in closet and full private bathroom. To the left is the fully equipped kitchen which includes all new stainless steel appliances. For coffee lovers there is a well-stocked Keurig and for the extreme coffee aficionado, an expresso machine. Windows above the sink provides a great view of the field, often populated by rabits and birds. You will enjoy preparing meals for you and your loved ones.

On the second floor you will find 2 rooms and a bathroom with shower between. One room features a queen-sized bed and the other offering bunk beds.

A Spacious terrace with a table, chairs and umbrella with a fabulous view of a park-like setting, perfect spot for bbq & drinks. What better way to start your day than sipping on your morning latte on the elevated deck watching humming birds, rabbits, owls, deer or even elk.

Although Interstat-5 is only a couple miles away from this near paradise, one can rarely hear any road noise. With the unparalleled privacy, you, your lover and/or friends can enjoy the hot tub unperturbed, or bring the kids where they can use their extreme outdoor voices. You may even wish to have a small gathering, all without the guilt of disturbing a neighborhood.

This is truly a cottage in the woods. For being no more than 10 minutes to 2 fully modern suburban towns, it offers unprecedented privacy. The surrounding nature offers unforgettable starlit sky views and you will be able to enjoy wildlife activity like deer, rabbits, hummingbirds and much more.

Prescott Beach and Trojan county parks are easily reachable within a few minutes. There you will easily find many interesting activities for you and your friends or family to enjoy: Fishing, kite-surfing, boating, picnicking, bbq-ing and much more.

Getting around
With the wrap-around drive, there will be plenty of space to park conveniently and close to the property. Although there is no public transportation, all close-by activities are easily accessible by car: fishing, wine tasting, golfing, kayaking and much more. Getting to the I-5 is just a few minutes drive. From there you’ll be able to explore the greater area and have a time to remember!
