Our cottage home is a family-oriented, non-smoking, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath ranch style home built in 2000. It will sleep 6 comfortably with a king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen sized bed in second bedroom, 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. The living spaces include a large living room, dining room with a dining table that seats 6, a full service kitchen, a den and a large 12' x 40' screened in back porch with ample seating for conversation and a large table that seats up to 10. We are located on a quiet street 1.3 miles east of the ferry dock.
The driveway will hold two trucks plus boat trailers side by side. We have many amenities to ensure a happy, relaxing vacation at a home you will want to return to year after year!
* Must be 25 years of age to register.  Sorry, no pets.  We are unable to accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties.

Kelleys Island Getaway
We love Kelleys have been here many times. Hiking, beaches, bicycling, there are lots of family oriented things to do. Our rental was quiet and close to everything. It was as described with lots of amenities. The porch was fantastic, perfect for relaxing and very private.

As always a extraordinary clean home with ample parking for two trucks and boats. Highly recommended location, Sara and Mike are great hosts , this was our fourth year there and it gets harder and harder every year to leave for home. Can’t wait until next year

This is our 5th year staying here. We have stayed many places on the Island in the past 30 years and this is the best. Sarah and Mike are very accommodating. The street is quiet. You will love the back porch!

Perfect Vacation
The house with a screened in porch on the back the full length of the house is an Island treasure! We had a nicely paced week and were able to relax in this wonderful home each day when we were done with our Island adventures. We love Kelleys Island and love this house. We highly recommend it.

Fishing with the Guys
We have stayed here for several years now. It is is a quiet area with nice neighbors. Short drive to anywhere on the island. Lots of room for everyone to sleep and to relax quietly in different areas of the house. The back porch is a great hangout. Thanks again to the owners for years of memories.

All around perfect!
This property was exactly as listed and exactly what we were looking for! The house had everything we needed for our stay and the screened in porch was the perfect place for us to relax and chat each evening. This was the first time we have invited friends to the island for our annual trip and the house was the the perfect size for our group. The owners were very pleasant to communicate with. Erie Fishing Trip
This property was perfect for what we needed. We had 2 trucks, 2 21ft boats, & 6 guys. We were all very comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast every morning and supper every night. Couldn't have asked for a better place for the price & location

Perfect Island Vacation
The Kelleys Island Cottage is the perfect home away from home. It has all the amenities you could want including ceiling fans in all of the rooms and a wonderfully large screened in porch on the back of the house that has a living room area and a large dining room table. In addition to all the wonderful Island attractions that you can get to by bicycle, such as the North Pond Nature Preserve, the Quarry, the Glacial Grooves, the Beach (where you can also rent kayaks),etc., we enjoyed watching the humming birds and butterflies attracted to the flowers at the house and also watching the meteor showers from the fire ring in the front of the yard.

Our rental on Kelly’s Island.
We enjoyed the inside of the property, but the outside including the screened-in porch could have been cleaner. Lots of cobwebs etc. The beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed. When I booked the stay, I didn’t realize there was a golf car and we weren’t permitted to use. It was confusing about what we were to do with the garbage. One place in the instructions it said to put it in the garbage can at the end of driveway and in another place it said for us to dispose of it. We would rent it again. Loved being right on the island
