"Great place to say to see so many of the nearby attractions. Stunning property with waterfalls in the background make it feel magical! Beds are so comfortable and staff is easy to get in touch with. We had two nights here and wish we did one more! Would highly recommend staying here if you are considering!!"

"The Hekla Cabins are three, wonderful little cabins just off one of the main roads through the area. The cabin comfortably fit two, but there's a pullout couch (at least in Cabin One) for an additional sleeper. The kitchen has a small fridge and a stovetop, and the bathroom has a shower with plenty of hot water (WiFi was also available). "We had an excellent stay at Ásólfsskáli Cottage! The cottage is clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s in a beautiful location on a farm by the mountains, with stunning views and great hiking nearby. Katrin, the owner, provided outstanding service. We lost a SIM card from our drone, which had all our Iceland memories, and she found it in a vacuum bag! We’re so grateful for her kindness and extra effort. We would love to come back and highly recommend this place!"

"From the moment we arrived, our Hagi 2 cabin was a perfect retreat for our stay in Iceland. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was shielded from the wind and beautifully private. There was even a washer/dryer! Robert was a terrific host and anticipated our every need. This is the perfect place from which to explore Iceland."

"This is a friendly, funky little cabin with some unusual amenities. We loved the sunroom and enjoyed being able to be "outside" but still have some protection from the wind and the rain. We checked out the bubble room, but with the wind and the rain no one in our group opted to use it--but it is probably a great place to check out the northern lights when it's dark enough. The main cabin had the amenities we needed, but there was no freezer (so we had to eat our desert early) and several lights...

"Our first night in Iceland was very enjoyable, staying at this lovely cabin. It was warm and cosy with welcoming fairy lights, a kind welcome gift and a comfortable sofa bed. Very clean and tidy with all the basics you might need. Perfect for two people but very manageable for four for a short stay."
