"We stayed in the property for 2 nights. It was a short drive from okemo ski resort. The home is clean and lots of entertainment. Kitchen is pretty well equipped. The home is on top of a steep driveway so make sure you have 4WD if you go in the winter. Only complaint is that the didn’t have any firewood in the house for the fireplace. We did ended up getting some on our own and I’m still waiting for them to reimburse me."

"This was a truly cozy stay in a lovely cabin. It was very much like a studio apartment, very neat, with all the basics for a short stay. It was on a main road, but there wasn't traffic noise at night - it was very quiet. It's just a few minutes from Peterborough, which had all the amenities - restaurants, shops, etc. Could use a deep cleaning, but it wasn't anything that would prevent me from staying again. "

"Love this property. We had everything we needed and then some. wasn't exactly sure as to where to put the trash as I don't have email on my phone , therefore I didn't receive the email about the trash and laundry until I got back home. I would rather have been able to text but everything worked out for us, and we had a wonderful, relaxing time."

"The owner had the place ready to go when we arrived. It was a late arrival, but there were outside lights that were warm and inviting. Plenty of space for our party of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids). "Wonderful stay in this beautiful historic property. Lynn greeted us at check in and gave us the full run down of the property and set the tone for a great long weekend away. Reliable wifi and a TV with all the apps if you're looking to stay connected and plenty of opportunities to disconnect with trails starting right out the front door, a fire pit, and books and games to take advantage of. The check in process was very easy, and the property was very clean. The only issue was the hot tub was not installed and functioning dury my stay, which I specifically asked for.
