"We stayed for only one night and this place was perfect as a stopover before taking the fast boat to Lombok. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the property was clean and tidy. As a bonus we had a meal the evening before we arrived and I had a “ monster burger” which you could tell was cooked with care and delicious. All that and breakfast thrown in ! Difficult to beat for the price and highly recommended."

"Checked in, was shown to the room. The room was not clean upon check-in, toothpaste in the basin, shower gel and shampoo not filled up and missing lid, shower head was so old the chrome plating was almost nonexistent, black mould in the shower, holes in the walls, stains and crumbs on the sheets. Went to the front desk to ask for it to be cleaned, they ‘cleaned’ it. Went back up and still dirty, the new sheets had stains and the sink still had toothpaste in it. Felt unsafe as a solo...

"We had a very nice stay at the Chill house. Our daughter enjoyed the pool, we the quiet atmosphere and the cleanliness of the place. The host family was always there to help with tips and other things and we rented a motorbike for a very good price. Really recommended!"

"I spent nearly a month in February at The Cozy Haven and JoJo and the team were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and the room was excellent (I stayed in the Junior Suite). The property is only a few years old, lovely interior and great space. Internet was fast. Cleaning and maintenance was excellent. It is walking distance to the main Street of Sanur close to plenty of shopping and restaurants and only 29mins to the beach. Only negative is if...
