A Very Peaceful Place
Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. From communication, very well maintained, thoughtful details, beautiful property, convenient location, and so much more. We enjoyed the Well equipped kitchen, and lovely deck with dining table overlooking the garden. We felt secure in the area and apartment and especially appreciated the gate around property. We were sorry to leave and definitely would recommend and would love to return!

My sister and I stayed here for a week and loved it. Apartment is clean and had everything needed for our stay. Our hosts were so kind and such lovely people. I loved early mornings and evenings on the beautiful lanai listening to the birds on their tropical property. The property was gated and secure. Affordable, Hospitable & Cozy Place
My wife & I stayed here for several nights and enjoyed our time here. Suzie & Lester were so kind & welcoming to us. They were helpful & informative while still giving us our space and never once being intrusive. And their book of recommendations (restaurants, beaches, things to do, etc.) was so helpful as well! You can tell that they have put so much thought & efforts into every aspect of hosting and they do a masterful job of it.

The house is clean and the outside space is great. Beds are comfortable, including the pullout sofa. Our kids loves the pool and explores the backyard- fruit trees and other plants. Snorkel gears are available, with fins.

The hosts were super nice and welcoming. They picked fruits that grew in their huge backyard for us. The fruits were so sweet! Wifi was fast and I had no problem having video calls. What's even better, there's AC and a laundry room. Unique experience.

Relaxing stay in quiet neighborhood, short distance from Hilo
We enjoyed our stay in the Keau house very much. I love staying in this area because you're so close to so many great attractions (hot springs, volcano ntl. park, and Hilo). The owners were very responsive and provide everything you need with detailed instructions. The property has a ton of great plants and fruits and has a great country feel to it. The back lanai is an excellent spot to relax. We'd definitely look for availability in the future!

Lester and Susie were fantastic hosts. So generous and kind. The property was clean and instructions for everything very clear. The property itself is a gem. Our kids enjoyed exploring and looking for geckos and frogs. The set up was great for our family of two adults and two kids. They shared the pull out couch and it worked great. We would definitely recommend a stay.

Paradise Park Oasis
Lester and Susie were the most welcoming hosts, and we loved everything about our 5 day vacation in their clean, comfortable and cosy apartment. Their garden is a sight to behold, so many fruit trees, flowers and beautiful lush plants. Our kids loved the pool and spent hours swimming. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. We appreciated the AC, which we only had to use at night. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed, and we enjoyed our morning breakfasts and evening dinners out on the deck that overlooked the beautiful garden. It’s a peaceful and tranquil place, that we feel so blessed to have experienced. Lester and Susie were incredibly kind and generous towards us and our children. We highly recommend their home as a place to stay when you’re in the Keaau area.

Slice of Heaven
We couldn't have asked to have better hosts. Lester and Suzie truly are just wonderful people. They are very kind-hearted and generous. We didn't come with much of an itinerary and we are glad we didn't because they have an amazing book of recommendations that allowed us to see and experience things on the big island we would have never been able to by ourselves. The property brought us so much peace and tranquility and we looked forward to every morning having breakfast on the porch and every night falling asleep to the sound of frogs and birds. Everything about the apartment was perfect. It had everything we could possibly need and was very comfortable. I can not recommend this property enough.

Hilo Paradise Park
This rental was easy to locate, very easy to rent, with a quick response from the owners to guide us through the checkin process. It was located within a few miles of the local convenient store and town centres (Hilo and Pahoa), which had multiple restaurants and shopping, by locally owned. A short drive to many sites/walking trails while in Hilo. Only 40 miles to the Volcano National Park. The property itself was very neat, clean, organized and comfortable. Complete with a carport for guest parking, as it was raining when we arrived. We were extremely grateful nothing got wet as we unloaded the car. (A very huge bonus to the accommodations). The garden on the property was a nice additional feature, as the owners left us help ourselves to their garden. The bed was very comfortable and there was laundry on site. The host were amazing and made sure we had everything that we needed, and made sure the football games was on the TV as it was Super Bowl Sunday, (upon arrival). The host were very kind and considerate. We will be renting from them again.
