"I rented this property with a group of friends to stay while we were visiting athens. Overall it is a nice place to stay at, but it comes with a little bit of hiccups. Finding transportation is tough and takes you a while to connect with an Uber or Beat. Katerina was a good host but at some points had strange requests from us such as paying an upfront cash security deposit (which I later confirmed with Vrbo is not part of her rights). "Villa Eva was just perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms roomy with lots of storage and dining outside with a sea breeze couldn’t be beat! The bathrooms were spacious and beautiful. Sophia was amazingly helpful and attentive to all our needs and concerns."

"The house is just as pictured, beautiful and well makntained. The host was very accommodating. It is in a very quiet location. If you plan on touring Greece, You must have a car if you stay here. We didn’t have a car, but the caretaker Foti, took us to the store for groceries. Downside, we had to Uber everywhere! "

We were able to see an island, tour Athens, and explore both north and south of us- beaches, temple ruins, and the remains of the oldest amphitheater in the world. "I loved the view from all of the decks on the property. Each room on the main and 2nd story had a view of the Sea. The basement rooms had a nice patio to enjoy. The amenities were amazing and the pool was awesome after a hot day. There are plenty of grocery stores and dining areas to visit as well. "
