Large 4-star chalet of 120m2 in an exceptional location, facing the 13th century castle. The chalet overlooks Kaysersberg, voted Favorite Village of the French 2017
A 10-minute walk from the historic center, this chalet is peacefully located on a 3-hectare site surrounded by forest.
The large living room and the two main bedrooms upstairs offer a direct and unobstructed view of the 13th century castle.

The Grand Chalet can accommodate 9 people (easily extendable to 10 people, on request for perfect comfort).

Great location
This property was located near the center of Kaysersberg and close to Colmar. It was essentially new and furnished nicely. We loved the wood interior. It was not an easy walk into town or to the castle, but it was easy for us to drive over there.

We really loved our stay in Kaysersberg. It was modern, clean and perfect for our needs. I have mobility problems so I was thankful for a bedroom on the lower level and a fantastic bathroom with a walk in shower. I would definitely book this again!

Excellent house in the heart of Alsace
We needed a house that was big enough for two families with children and were looking for a central location to enjoy the Kaysersberg area. This house was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone, well equipped kitchen, large outdoor patio, and plenty of room in doors for everyone to enjoy time together. The photos are accurate and owner was friendly and accommodating. The only issue that we had was that you have to cross a main road to get into town by foot. Nevertheless, the walk to Kaysersberg is only about 15 minutes and the overall location (proximity to other towns and attractions) was perfect.

Leider war bei unserer Ankunft der Tisch voller Brotkrümmel, sowie unter dem Esstisch. Der Boden wurde auch nicht gereinigt. Die Herdplatte war fettig und verschmutzt. Im Badezimmer hatte es noch Haare von den Vorgängern in der Dusche und auf dem Badezimmerboden dieser wurde mit Sicherheit auch nicht gereinigt.Für die Kinder mit dem Spielplatz und den Tieren in der Nähe sehr schön. Leider war das beheizte Aussenpool nicht in Betrieb trotz gefülltem Wasser mit Rücksprache der Vermieters durften wir diesen auch nicht in Betrieb nehmen, was sehr schade war bei diesem schönen Wetter. Im Januar sind sehr viele Restaurants und Geschäfte geschlosssen im Dorf, es hat viele schöne Dörfer in der Nähe zum anschauen, jedoch auch fast keine Geschäfte offen.

Haus sehr gut...Lage und Sauberkeit mittelmässig
Haus gross und praktisch eingerichtet. Lage oberhalb Hauptstrasse und nicht "ruhige Lage" Haben den Aufenthalt aber trotzdem sehr genossen. Schöne Ortschaft und gute Wandermöglichkeiten in den Vogesen.

Maison très agréable, très belles salles de douches, belles chambres avec des lits confortables, cuisine bien équipée. Terrasse ensoleillée. Calme. Salon de jardin. A 15 mn à pied du centre ville de Kaysersberg. Ménage perfectible. Quelques meubles auraient besoin d'être changés ou réparés.

Sehr schönes Haus, ideal auch für Personen mit Gehbehinderung (ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett im EG und barrierefreies Bad). Eine Stufe am Hauseingang ist ohne Geländer zu bewältigen. Schön für Kinder durch großzügige Räume, großen Garten. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche.

Wunderbarer Urlaub!
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Kaysersberg. Das Chalet ist perfekt ausgestattet! Was man auf den Fotos nicht sieht: Es gibt für einen Urlaub mit nasskaltem Herbstwetter Decken, Kissen, Kerzen und sogar ein Raclette-Gerät. Die Sofaecke ist sehr gemütlich ausgestattet mit neuem Sofa und Sesseln, auch diese sind noch nicht auf den Bildern. Wir sind viel gewandert und haben nachmittags und abends das gemütliche Chalet, den Kamin und dazu köstlichen französischen Wein und Käse genossen. Ein perfekter Urlaub im Spätherbst! Wir kommen gern einmal wieder.

Goede uitvalsbasis
In Oktober is het mooi wandelen en fietsen in de Elzas. Het huis is een uitstekende uitvalbasis om mooie wandelingen en fietstochten te maken. Het huis staat vlakbij drie andere huizen op een groot grondstuk op loopafstand van het toeristische stadje. Een prima opgezet en ingericht huis, licht en ruim. Naast deze positieve kanten zijn er ook enkele minder kanten: de drukke weg beneden (het huis staat op een heuvel) is buiten goed hoorbaar, de huizen staan wel erg bij elkaar (dus privacy is niet optimaal), de bovendouche is niet bruikbaar (onvoldoende waterdruk), enkele stoelen zijn beschadigd en de vaatwasmaschine moet nodig nagekeken worden.

Belle maison très accueillante. Très proche centre ville. On peut s y rendre a pied. Belle terrasse avec barbecue. Très bonne literie. Un peu bruyant avec la nationale qui se trouve juste en dessous et qui est fortement fréquentée

Très beau chalet, spacieux, fonctionnel, bonne literie et très bien situé. Belle étendue d’espace vert, dommage que la vue de la terrasse et du salon donne sur un autre chalet (et voiture) et non sur le château. D’ailleurs le chalet est entouré de 3 habitations. Trop de proximité. Ce n’était pas noté dans le descriptif, ni le bruit de la circulation (route départementale).
