"The host and the staff were highly attentive with a clear agenda that you have a good experience in their accommodation.they were easily accessible to resolve any issues you may have. the place is ideally located in a quiet residential area of EL near local shops, bars and restaurants; therefore it felt very safe and it was quite practical due to available facilities. "This property is on a quiet street and our rooms were lovely and clean. The owner is very engaging and caring. I was a bit apprehensive coming to South Africa, but “Lord Flanegan” as I call him made us feel welcome and safe. He is very helpful and generous with his time. Oh and the breakfast. Thx Stewart. The staff here were brilliant though couldn’t help the first night went over and above to ensure the second was in a suitable room we had booked with balcony and sea view "
