"Our first time at a cave hotel and this place was great. The rooms are clean, maintained, and very spacious. The breakfast was great and the staff are nice. Check in could be faster though as the person at the desk tries to sell excursions and tours while people are checking in, which causes a line of people waiting to check in. "

"Such an amazing hotel - honestly may be my favorite place I’ve ever stayed!! The location is absolutely beautiful, there are tons of little terraces and seating areas spread out across the property so you can enjoy a sunrise or sunset view, or just sit and relax. The staff was extremely sweet and helpful, gave us a map and thorough explanation of the area and everything to do. They went out of their way to help - at one point I needed to call a Turkish hospital regarding an appointment and they offered to do it for me and speak to them in Turkish so it would be easier. The room was so cute and clean, such a cool experience to stay in a cave room and have a view of all the balloons each morning. Also it’s a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, coffee etc. They also provide the most amazing breakfast spread! I have some food allergies and they were so sweet and helped find what I’d be able to eat. Cannot recommend this hotel more."
