"Clean small room in busy red light area. Streets nearby were a bit dirty and there were lots o young people camping on the street. We didn’t feel unsafe but it was a bit unsavory for small children. Easy walk from station and lots of good food options nearby and bars. Hotel clean and very nice."

There's not much to Kawasaki city itself. It is best used as a hub or means to get other places you want to see without having to spend exorbitant amounts of money to stay there. I would recommend this to anyone who is visiting Tokyo or Yokohama.

Hotel itself was nice and the staff accommodating. However, inconven-ient location in an isolated industrial area, with day-time hourly shuttle service from hotel to Kawasaki Station (a 15-20+ min. ride), and surprising cab ride was our takeaway.
