"We loved our stay at The Westin Hapuna Beach. The staff were friendly and welcoming and ready to assist however they could. The rooms and other facilities were clean and updated. We enjoyed the restaurants and food available to us. The only complaint would be between the cost of food and the variety of food. Piko was a very helpful option to keep cost down but each restaurants food options were very similar and that got boring. "

"This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Understated and tasteful elegance. Fantastic rooms with amazing balconies, world class beach, impeccable service, excellent grounds, fine dining at Manta, but also a beachfront casual bar/restaurant, and Copper Bar in between and our favorite. They have an Asian Art Collection worthy of a museum. This was out of our usual price range, a big splurge, and worth every penny. We are already trying to figure out how to swing it to go back next winter. "

"Heidi and Dan are so extremely warm and accommodating. The views from our room are spectacular and the stars at night were icing on the cake. The breakfasts were our favorite meals the entire trip. Loved it!"

"We enjoy staying here. Ample space for family of 5, clean, and prompt response via text to housekeeping needs. The reason we did not rate our stay as 5 star is die to our pool experience. They ran out of pool towels and asked us to return later and even then they inly had 3 pool towels. I wish they had pool towel service like Kings Land. It is inconvenient and made our experience less enjoyable. "

"We enjoyed our stay here. The property itself is located conveniently off the main road. About a mile in each direction, north and south are beaches, shopping and dining. We had teenagers with us and they loved that freedom and convenience of walking to these activities. The Check-In process was easy enough. We booked two units and requested to be together.
