"Gorgeous property in the tiny village of Kathiana just 5 minutes from Chania airport. Too nice to stay just one night before flight home next day. Very clean and very friendly staff. Beautifully designed and decorated suites. Left before breakfast served but the staff made sure we had tea and coffee to go. It should be noted that it is in the middle of nowhere but that is part of the charm. Ordered take out pizza that was excellent. Highly recommend especially before a flight out."

She seems to work around the clock and she is the most friendly, gracious & most accommodating to all of her guests. Me and my husband felt like we were her only guests by the way she attended to us. "Stayed for all inclusive family holiday. Initially thought lunch starting at 1pm was a little late for family with small children but we got used to it soon. Good facility and the room pool made a massive difference to us. Beach is in a good walking distance in the summer heat, too. "

"Gorgeous hotel, service was perfect. Any little problem that could have been solved was immediately fixed by staff. Public areas and rooms were immaculately clean. Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever seen with 30 trays of hot and probably 50 cold dishes. Pool area and beach were lovely and relaxing. The one warning I would have is that the pool area is very slippery and dangerous. There are few handrails (really only one) so it’s hard to enter and exist safely. I saw several people slip. If food is not included in your rate I would recommend visiting other local hotels for lunch and dinner. The restaurant is nice but is very expensive relative to the local area. "
