The paid parking lot was very convenient to the lodging (once we discovered the shortcut under the road and up some stairs). "Great house to stay at but a car is essential if you plan on a lot of exploring and for local shopping. Local bus stop just around the corner for both directions and Vallandar is around a 30 minute walk away or nearest city of Koblenz (which is wunderbar!) is a 30 minute bus trip. "This house has EVERYTHING you could ever need and more! The accommodation is spacious and immaculately clean. We are a family of 5 adults, a 12 year old and 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for us all. "We LOVED our stay at this apartment, high up on the hill above St Goar... The apartment, while somewhat funky, was tastefully decorated, had everything we needed, and was clean...
