"I thought the ppl at the front desk were the nicest. The rooms were clean but paint was peeling and it was old. Beds were comfy and the pool was cute and small. The hot tub was not hot and was very dirty. "

"This hotel is really nice because of the great rooms. Really nice decor and great to have a suite instead of a regular hotel room. Breakfast was adequate. People at the front desk and in the breakfast room were really nice. When I first came to the hotel, It was difficult to get into the complementary valet parking line or the Line to get into the garage. I had to park across the street at the Marriott and walk over with my luggage. Fortunately, the situation did not occur again during my stay....

"The location was good and convenient but the area seems to not safe and lots of trash on the ground all the time. For this price it’s okay to stay for few days in NYC. Hotel was clean and staff is super friendly too!"

"I was very impressed with this "hotel". It is more of an AirBB as your unit is an apartment in an apartment building with permant residents. It comes nicely furnished, including basic kitchen essentials (like service for four, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc). All of the amenities are modern, and the in-unit washer dryer is a huge plus. I also really appreciated some of the welcome gifts, including some coffee/tea, laundry detergent, and your basic hygiene essentials. Property communicates...
