"Place is clean and well kept. We were two families travelling together with teenage kids. One stayed in 2nd floor and other in the ground floor by the pool. The 2nd floor room was good with AC in bedroom and common area. Shower was very tiny but water came with good pressure. Room had fridge and balcony. "We had a nice stay at Theo Hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, which comfortably slept 6 people and had its own pool. Customer service was top notch and the staff was very accommodating and caring. Giannis was really nice to me and my family and made sure we were taken care of at breakfast. The only drawback of the hotel is being situated on top of a hill and there are a lot of stairs. But the views are amazing and there is a convenient elevator to get down to the beach. "We stayed in the lower level unit with direct access to the front yard. There was no other renter in the upper unit at the time which made it even more enjoyable as my kids loved hanging out and playing in the front yard until late in the evening. Many shops and restaurants literally steps from the house and the beach is just across the street. The house was comfortable, the AC worked well and the beds were comfortable.
