"The room itself was amazing - clean, well prepared, quiet, and in a great location. Local market is one block away, and multiple city landmarks and sights are within a 10 minute walk. Tram stop is right in front of the building door. If there's one small flaw, it's the virtual check-in. This proved to be an issue when I showed up with no cell service and no wifi - make sure to screenshot your building entry codes and apartment number before arriving if you are not going to have cellular data available. Otherwise, Bob W was an incredible hotel experience. The room felt very spacious and comfortable, providing a peaceful and restful stay. Highly recommended - the Katajanokka island is a great place to stay in Helsinki."

"The rooms were recently renovated and everything was nice. I would have been happy to have a kettle in the room for making a cup of tea, and also the lights in the bathroom were so dim that I could not do makeup. The whole lights system was rather difficult to grasp - too much light, then too little, then the bedside lamp would not light... and then it did not turn off. "
