"Everything was perfect"

"We’ve arrived late night on 01.10.2024 with wife and baby after a terrible flight and a long journey from Alania, to stay till the morning on the way back home to Georgia. I’d like to make a small feedback according to the staff of that hotel, specially to Araya (if I’m not mistake 😫 cuz 24 hours without a sleep might make me remember names not so well) anyway I’m talking about the girl receptionist who helped us all day long with a lagguage, breakfast, city places, she even ordered a taxi for...

"Fridge was dirty, towel had stains, toiletries were bare minimum, linen had stains and seemed dirty, couch was very dirty, couch had white marks all over the place. No idea what happened here. Location was close to airport - like 5mins. OK for a night’s sleep but there are way better options. "

"Clean property at a great price with plenty of amenities. Communication is a bit difficult but owner was very responsive and helpful. I would stay again!"

"The price overall was ok for the property. However, there are few details like the lack of electrical outlet beside the bed, there was one outlet near the TV which by the way if you wanted to see the TV and charge your phone simultaneously it would not be possible!! Hot water was only available for the shower and it was not connected to the sink! The worst thing was the Wi-Fi, you literally needed to stay near the door to get signal! So, if you are ok with all the above then you might like it."
