"Amazing location and excellent staff. The room is looking lovely and the bed is comfortable. However, there are a lot of fruit flies (probably from the platter of apples) which makes the stay annoying as you’re always having to swap flies away! We advised the front desk and they came and sprayed something in the room which improved the situation. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the wait staff were amazing! I would strongly recommend this place."

"This was an apartment that included parking in a great location. Once we parked our car we walked everywhere. There was also a washing machine which was great! No dryer though. I would definitely stay again. The only thing I would recommend is watch your emails after you reserve, there is a lengthy check in process that you do online. I didn’t realize this and we arrived and couldn’t get in because I had not completed this (my fault, not theirs) They were extremely helpful and responsive and got us in quickly. Once we figured out the system it was really easy and very secure getting in and out. "

"As ever, this hotel is a wonderful place to stay, right beside the Rhein, and it feels like walking into another world. It’s a great place to get away to, with one or two really good restaurants (including its own) close by. Breakfast is very much recommended here as well. "
