The flat is located in a fenced garden of 1300 square metres, where guests have at their disposal a 32 square metre swimming pool with sun loungers, a children's playground, a covered terrace with seating, table football, darts, stepper and another terrace with dining table and barbecue.

The flat has a capacity of 6 people and a total internal area of 100 square metres. The larger accommodation unit consists of an air-conditioned living area with sitting area, dining table and equipped kitchen leading to the covered terrace, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate toilet.
