Villa Santa Domenica is located in the small idyllic village Kaštelir-Labinci, only 10 km from Poreč and the sea. The very tastefully furnished, light-flooded house has a spacious living room on the first floor with a dining table for 8 people and an open modern kitchen. In addition, on the first floor there is a bedroom with bathroom and direct access to the terrace. Two more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an extra room with a comfortable sofa bed are located on the second floor. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned.
In the basement there is a konoba with wine bar, pool table and table soccer. From the living room you have direct access to the garden with pool and outdoor grill.
Enjoy the tranquility of the tranquil place and the fertile nature, which you can explore very well by bike or on foot.

Sehr schöne Villa, welche unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt hat!
Das Haus entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Es ist sehr luxuriös ausgestattet. Vor allem die Badezimmer sind sehr modern mit bodentiefen Regenduschen. Die Ausstattung ist modern (Flat Screen) und bietet auch für Regentage Unterhaltung (SAT TV mit deutschem Empfang) und einen Billiard Tisch sowie Kicker im Keller. Hier befindet sich auch ein hauseigener Weinkühlschrank aus dem man sich bedienen kann (Preisliste liegt aus). Einziger Punkt der nicht ganz passt ist die Küche, die zwar voll funktionsfähig war, allerdings nicht ins moderne Design passt. Ein Punkt den man besser machen könnte wäre mehr Geschirr zur Verfügung stellen, da es etwas nervig ist nach jeder Mahlzeit sein Geschirr spülen zu müssen, oder gar die Spülmaschine anzustellen. Der Pool und der Garten waren einfach super und entsprechen genau den Bildern. Der Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter waren auch bei Kleinigkeiten jederzeit erreichbar und haben die wenigen Beanstandungen (nur sehr sehr wenige) sofort und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit behoben. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass die Lage des Hauses sehr ländlich ist. Dafür aber auch sehr ruhig (zumindest bei unserem Aufenthalt). Besonders erwähnen möchte ich auch nochmal die Gastfreundlichkeit der Vermieter, die eine leckere Platte mit Spezialitäten der Region sowie Weine für uns kostenfrei bereitgestellt hatten. Dies mag an dem kurzeitigen Ausfall der Klimaanlage gelegen haben, aber auch hier haben wir umgehend Hilfe bekommen. Selbst Abends um 22 Uhr kam noch jemand vorbei um alles wieder zum laufen zu bringen. Alles in allem kann ich sagen, Vermieter und Haus echt TOP!!! Wenn das Haus am Strand liegen würde, hätten wir sofort wieder gebucht.
