"We were a family group of 5 adults and 5 children. The ground floor bedroom and adjoining bathroom was ideal for 'Granny' and the second floor was divided into two apartments which were ideal for the two families. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor living space, and the pool was excellent."

Upon arrival, we called the number to check in, and they said there was a "technical error" and that we no longer had the room we booked days ahead. And Hotels.com still charged us for the room. The customer service lines are also no help either with the automated robot that redirects and redirects and you never actually get to an agent. So thanks Hotels.com for the extra money we didn't need to spend on a place we never actually stayed. "
