Achtung
Das Objekt ist definitiv in die Jahre gekommen. Das Sofa ist Marke Bandscheibentot, völlig durchgesessen. Die Lage ist gut, aber im Umfeld Party all Night Long. Der angebliche Parkplatz führt zu Dauerstress mit dem Nachbarn. Ansonsten Parken nur mit Ordnungswidrigkeit.

Storno wegen mangelnder Barrierefreiheit
Wir haben uns extra vor der Buchung informiert, ob wir für ein Behindertenfahrzeug bei der Ferienwohnung einen Parkplatz im Innenhof bekommen würden. Als das bejaht wurde, haben wir gebucht. Einen Tag vor der Anreise - also nach Ablauf aller Stornofristen - erhielten wir ein Video, dass genug Parkplätze im öffentlichen Raum zur Verfügung stünden, wenn der Innenhofparkplatz nicht verfügbar ist. Für ein Auto mit Ladekran ist das ohne Behindertenparkplätze im öffentlichen Raum nicht möglich. Also haben wir am 2.12.23 storniert. Auf das Geld warten wir leider immer noch. Daher haben wir hier das erforderliche Minimum an Sternen vergeben, obwohl eine Bewertung der von uns nicht genutzten Wohnung nicht möglich war. Liegt die Verzögerung der Rückerstattung an der Zusammenarbeit des Anbieters mit Ihrem Buchungsportal?

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Schlafsofa wurde schon aufgestellt und bezogen. Nett waren auch die kleine Details wie verschiedene Teesorten mit Informationen darüber. Leider gab es nur 3 Stühle, obwohl das Apartment für 4 Personen angeboten wird. Auch gab es die Klappstühle nicht, die unter der Küchenzeile zu finden sein sollen. Das Waschbecken im Duschbad ist leider viel zu klein, sodass man sich noch nicht mal vernünftig bspw. das Gesicht waschen kann. Der Garten sah aus den Fenstern nicht gepflegt aus, es war uns aber nicht möglich Zugang mit den vorhandenen Schlüsseln zu erhalten. Die Gastgeber konnte man zwar telefonisch erreichen, allerdings kamen mehrere versprochene Emails wie bspw. die Mail mit den Check-In-Daten nicht an. Für unsere kurze Zeit die wir dort verbracht haben, war das Apartment ausreichend. Zum Bahnhof ist es fußläufig, was sehr praktisch ist.
