Simply excellent!
Beautiful villa, with lots of outdoor space and excellent pool. Villa itself is clean, well equipped, modern and spacious. We were a family of 7 and really enjoyed our stay, and wished we had booked longer than a week! Villa is up a rather steep hill which we walked down to the main square (10mins) but used a taxi to get back at the cost of 5euro. Victor (the host) was excellent, communication was great through WhatsApp and he even took us to the local supermarket one day and picked us up on another, very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. Overall an excellent week in Hanioti.

Wir waren im Juli 2024 in dem Haus und im Grunde zufrieden. 2 Sachen muss ich bemängeln. Der Fernseher lief nicht bzw. man konnte keine Programme empfangen. In der Region soll es, gerade im Sommer, häufig zu mehrstündigen Stromausfällen kommen. Leider waren wir an einem Tag auch davon betroffen. In Summe ca. 10 Std. Den Generator hätte man da schon betriebsbereit haben können und nicht erst danach. Ansonsten waren wir mit allem zufrieden.

Tolle Villa
Unser Aufenthalt bei Viktor und Alina war extrem gut. Wir haben keine negativen punkte zu bemängeln. Der Service war Super und die Villa war mega schön. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden dort jederzeit erneut unseren Urlaub verbringen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Wir können die Villa Alina nur empfehlen, Viktor und seine Frau sind perfekte Gastgeber. Die Ausstattung (vor allem Hygiene- und Küchenartikel) ist Spitzenklasse, Handtuchwechsel während des Aufenthaltes, sogar der Außengrill wurde nach unserer Benutzung gereinigt, wir haben uns superwohl gefühlt und die Tage sehr genossen.

Spotlesslessy clean villa with beautiful decor. The views from the back garden are fabulous. 15 minute walk from town/beach which has loads of shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Communication with Villa Manager was excellent. He was available if we needed any help just by dropping him a text. Views were amazing. Garden and pool exceptional. Very well equipped with high quality furnishings. Highly recommended

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub
Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt, mit allem ausgestattet, um den Urlaub zu genießen. Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem phantastischen Blick Richtung Meer. Pool von der Größe ausreichend zum rumtollen.

Relaxen am Pool mit Aussenbaranlage mit Grill
Objekt ist sehr gepflegt, neu eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Check-in war sehr zuvorkommend, wir durften das Haus sogar früher beziehen. Swimmingpool und Aussenbaranlage mit Grill waren sehr grosszügig ausgestattet und zum gemütlichen Ausklang des Tages ideal geeignet mit tollem Blick aufs offene Meer. Das Objekt liegt sehr ruhig gelegen, aber etwas abseits, so dass man unbedingt motorisiert sein sollte. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Absolut Top. Ganz tolle Begleitung auch vor Ort. Wir haben uns absolut wohl und sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wir waren 6 Personen (4 Erwachsene, 1 Teenager und ein Zwerg von 4 Jahren). Es hat alles gepasst. Tolles Haus, super gepflegt, mega Meerblick, schön ruhig. Es geht nicht besser. Wir können es nur empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

From the moment we booked the villa, throughout our stay the service is the best we have ever had in all the years of renting villas. Familienurlaub in der Vorsaison
Ein schönes Ferienhaus was unseren Ansprüchen mehr als gerecht wurde.Viel Platz, Ruhe, jeder hatte die Möglichkeit sein eigenes Fleckchen zum Erholen zu finden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe, Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen.

A lovely villa with all the comforts of home
Villa Alina is a lovely house with great garden and pool. The house has everything you could wish for to have a lovely holiday. The owners are very helpful and organised car hire for us and made sure that we had everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble for them. The housekeepers ensured that the house was spotless, their standards were exceptional. I'd recommend having a car as the house is up a quite steep hill.

Beautiful house, great service
The house is beautifully decorated, modern, clean, has all the essentials and more. Size is perfect for 2 families. Pool area is great, with nice sunbeds and umbrellas, nice size of rhe pool, additional pool-side bathroom with shower, and a covered barbeque/kitchen area with a table to enjoy a meal by the pool or a game of cards or a lovely evening glass of wine watching the sunset and the sea. Beatiful soft grass areas are quite large, great for kids to run around. The host was wonderful, running to solve any issues or requests we had, really friendly and hospitable. Beds are very comfortable, everything is maintained quite regularly, but washing facilities are also available. Overall we had a wonderful stay, I would definitely recommend this place.
